Mini-Golf Social - Sunday, June 29th.  Join us at 2 p.m. for a relaxing game of mini-golf, the first round is on us.  Prize will be given for 1st and last place.  Kristof's is loacated at 421 W Rollins Rd, Round Lake Beach, IL. 

Summer Fest - Friday, July 11th & Saturday, July 12th

Friday Night: Old Fashion family games, DJ & Karaoke.  Midway games provided by Kaye Entertainment.   Food Tent, home made goodies, featuring fish & chips.

Saturday Activities: 9-11 am Fishing Derby at the lake, 2pm Bike and Wagon Parade at Adams Park, off Streamwood Drive.  The theme this year is "Go Green".  Entertainment line-up includes: Warren High School Chemistry Demo Team, The Antioch Happy Cooker Senior Kitchen Band, A petting Zoo, story time, bingo, moon walk and more!  Saturday Night Band, Grandwood Parks' very own Carl Piper & Vinyl Highway!  9pm fireworks.
 


Relay for Life, Saturday, July 12th 6pm - Sunday, July 13th 6am.  500 N O'Plaine Rd, Gurnee, IL.  Join us or make a donation to our team and help us support the fight against cancer!  Cancer affects millions of people across the globe and many people right here in our hometown.  By joining our team or making a donation, you will be part of Relay for Life® to celebrate survivors, remember the people we've lost to cancer, and fight back against this disease.   Call Terri for more information (847)826-8182.

                                                            

 

LindenFest - August 7, 8, 9, 10 - Located at 2301 E. Sand Lake Rd, Lindenhurst.  The Gurnee/Lindenhurst Jaycees will be running the carnival ticket booth, selling glow necklaces, helping with the mayors auction, working the bingo tent and participating in the LindenFest Parade.   We hope to see you there and join us for a fun weekend.  Call Kevin to volunteer (847)245-8799.

Gurnee Days -
 
August 7, 8, 9, 10 located at the Village Center off old Grand Ave just west of O'Plaine Rd.  Gurnee Days is an annual celebration that brings the community together for a safe, fun-filled family event. The festivities are planned and orchestrated by the Gurnee Days Corporation, a not-for-profit, volunteer organization, and the event is funded by contributions from area businesses and civic organizations.  The Gurnee/Lindenhurst Jaycees will be participating in the parade, the theme "A Salute to Sitcoms".
